Thapa Sports is a sportswear manufacturer in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Tracksuits, track pants, tees and full custom team kits — designed, cut, stitched and checked in our own unit, then shipped straight to the teams that wear them.

Our story
Built by the
people who
run the line.
Everything we sell is made where we work. There is no trading house in the middle and no third-party factory we have never walked through — the unit that cuts your order is the one that answers your call.
That control starts at the fabric. We buy knit and woven poly by the roll and check every lot for GSM, shade and shrinkage before a single piece is cut. Seams are twin-needle and bar-tacked at the stress points, because the stitching has to outlast the print.
We build for teams as readily as for individuals. Schools, academies, clubs, gyms, colleges and corporates order from 25 pieces up — boxed by size ratio, split across deliveries and reordered off the same spec sheet, so this season's kit matches last season's.
And because the garment never leaves our hands, there is no reseller markup to explain. You pay for fabric, labour and finishing — and you can hold us to every piece that ships.

Fabric is tested by the roll, and every finished piece is measured against the spec sheet and inspected before it is folded. Rejects go back to the line.

You pay for fabric, labour and finishing. Nothing between our floor and your team is adding a reseller's margin to the ticket.
