Six stages, all of them ours. There is no third-party unit in the middle of this, which is why we can change a colourway on Tuesday and ship it the following week.

Design
A style starts as a spec sheet — measurements, panel counts, stripe widths, where the taping breaks. Nothing goes to the floor until the drawing is settled.

Fabric
We buy knit and woven poly by the roll and check every lot for GSM, shade and shrinkage before it is cut. A bad roll costs one order; a bad habit costs the business.

Cutting
Patterns are laid to minimise waste, then cut in stacked plies so every piece in a run is identical. Grain direction is marked and followed — it is why our panels hang straight.

Stitching
Twin-needle seams at 12 stitches per inch, bar-tacks at every stress point, and one operator per detail on long runs — piping stays straight because the same hands sew it all day.

Quality check
Every piece is turned, measured against the spec sheet and checked for skipped stitches, shade mismatch and loose thread before it is folded. Rejects go back to the line, not into the box.
